Cancellation and Refund Policy
united health lumina Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as united health lumina) is committed to providing a seamless booking experience to its customers and would like to allow customers to cancel or reschedule their appointments as well as receive a full refund for the services paid for, as mentioned below. united health lumina reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice. The time provided for consultation or testing is indicative, however the actual time to avail the services may change depending on the availability of the phlebotomist. Customers can also reschedule or cancel the service. In case of cancellation or non-confirmation of the appointment by the phlebotomist for any reason, the customer can ask to reschedule the appointment at any time in the future or receive a refund, provided the services of united health lumina are still active. If a customer requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a new appointment (at no additional cost) only if the request is submitted 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the request is submitted later, united health lumina may withhold ₹150 from the refund or charge customers ₹150 to reschedule to cover the cost of the appointed personnel. Any amount due for refund will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business working days from the date of the refund request, provided that all terms and conditions have been successfully met. Refunds will always be made via electronic transfer of funds. united health lumina will not be responsible in any way for any inconvenience or loss suffered by the customer as a result of such rescheduling or cancellation. Further, united health lumina reserves the right to refuse service at any time without giving any reason.
